Thank you for choosing Dr. V’s Queens Botox, Juvederm, Morpheus, Hair Transplant & IV Drip Med-Spa (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We value your trust and strive to provide each patient with professional, safe, and satisfying care.
Because our services are medical and time-based, this Refund Policy clarifies when and how refunds or credits may apply.


1. General Policy

All medical and aesthetic services — including IV drips, injectables, laser treatments, Morpheus procedures, and hair restoration — are non-refundable once rendered.
Fees paid for completed treatments reflect the time, expertise, and medical resources already devoted to your care.


2. Consultation & Evaluation Fees

Consultation fees, if charged, are non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with treatment.
In some cases, consultation fees may be applied as a credit toward future procedures when booked within 30 days.


3. Prepaid Packages & Deposits

  • Deposits are required to reserve certain appointments or treatment series.

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit may be credited toward another date within 30 days.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Prepaid packages or bundles must be used within 12 months of purchase and are non-transferable.


4. Product Sales (Retail Items)

  • All skincare, vitamins, supplements, and retail items purchased on-site or online are final sale once opened.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in original packaging.


5. Adverse Reactions or Treatment Outcomes

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective treatment:

  • Results vary per individual; no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

  • If you experience an adverse reaction, contact us immediately for assessment.

  • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with expected results; however, our providers may recommend corrective or follow-up care at their discretion.


6. Payment Processing & Disputes

  • Payments processed via Cardknox, WooCommerce, or Practice Fusion follow the same refund terms stated here.

  • If a technical billing error occurs (e.g., duplicate charge), we will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please contact us directly before initiating any charge dispute with your bank or card provider.


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment online or by calling us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

  • “No-show” appointments are subject to a full service charge or forfeited deposit, depending on service type.


8. Package Adjustments / Credit Requests

If you relocate, become medically ineligible, or cannot complete a prepaid package:

  • You may request a credit toward alternative services of equal or lesser value.

  • A written request and proof of medical ineligibility (if applicable) may be required.

  • Cash refunds are not available for unused sessions.


9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and where applicable, the State of New Jersey.
All disputes shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
